How do I personalise my card?
Simply visit and click on the link to the Expressions page, follow the steps to personalise your card. You will be given the choice of using an image from our online gallery, or uploading an image of your own.

What format does my image need to be in and is there any size restriction?
You can upload images in any of the following formats: JPEG (.jpg), PNG, GIF, Bitmap (.bmp) or TIFF.

We recommend a minimum image size of 50 x 60 pixels, and a maximum file size of 10MB (megabytes). Remember, if you use a low resolution photo or zoom in too much, the image on your card may look fuzzy/blurry when it is printed.

Can I put any image on my card, for example a celebrity?
Unfortunately, no. There are some types of image that we cannot accept. Please refer to our image guidelines for more details.

Can I upload an image of my family or friends?
Yes, provided you have their permission to do so.

Can I see what my card will look like before I make my application?
Yes, you will be given the opportunity to see the final look of your card on screen. You can then choose to proceed, or if you wish to make changes, you can go back and alter the image, or select a completely new image.

What happens after I have submitted my application?
Kindly Visit any of our Branch with your Reference ID for verification purpose. We will send you an email within 24 hours of the Branch verification. This will either confirm your order, or will let you know if your image has not met our image guidelines and you will be invited to try again. We will use the email address that you supply as part of the application process.

What happens if you don’t accept the image I have requested?
We will send you an email within 24 hours of making your application letting you know if your image has not met our image guidelines. You will be invited to try again.

When will I receive my new personalised card?
Normally, your new card will be ready for pickup within 5 working days of receiving the email confirming your order. Kindly visit your “collection branch”.

Can I use my existing card while I am waiting for my new card to arrive?
Yes, you can continue to use your existing card as normal while you are waiting for your new card to arrive. The old card is deactivated at the point of collection of the new card.
